Our "Why"
Dr. Kiira Tietjen has worked extensively with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with acute and chronic mental illness. She and her husband, Will Normington, have seen how psychiatry treatment can be difficult to access and leave individuals short of their treatment goals. Ultimately this led the ownership duo to leave large healthcare systems and create New Chapter TMS in order to provide more personalized support to individuals struggling with mental illness.

We are Unique
New Chapter TMS is a TMS-only clinic looking to provide clients with treatment that will augment their existing mental health care. We service the greater Spokane area including the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. All of our staff members have extensive training in various areas of behavioral healthcare and bring that experience to supporting clients through their course of TMS.
